Who can use NavStar Shipping?
NavStar Shipping is open to both businesses and individuals. 

All applicants go through the same verification process and background screening.

Activate Your Account

How to activate my account?

Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with your membership agreement and tracker lease.

Please review and sign these documents as soon as you receive them.

After signing, we will send you a confirmation email with your account details and login information so you can get started.


How many people can use my account?

Your company will have one main account.

Within this account, you can create up to 3 individual users.

Each user will have permissions set by the account holder.

What is the Smart Shipping Kit?
Our Smart Shipping Kit is designed to give you peace of mind with every shipment according to your needs combining protection, visibility, and security so your valuable items arrive exactly as they should. 

You can include:

- NavStar trackers provide real-time GPS location and monitor environmental conditions like temperature, humidity, and motion, so you always know where your shipment is and how it is being handled.

- Hard-shell box with protective foam keeps your items safe from impact, pressure, or accidental drops, giving maximum safety throughout transit.

- Tamper-evident bags ensure your shipment stays sealed and protected until it reaches the recipient.


How many trackers do I need?

Do I need to book my shipments on another platform?

You can book your shipments and returns directly from our platform using the most up to date rates.


Do I choose the carrier or does NavStar handle that?

We offer FedEx shipping methods. 

It is our goal to consistently expand the number of carriers we use. 


Tracking

How does tracking work?

We use advanced tracking devices. Members and recipients can monitor shipments in real time.


What happens if a tracker is lost or not returned?

NavStar will replace the device. If not returned by the recipient, then the member will be billed.


What’s the return process for trackers?

Recipients receive clear return instructions in the shipment box. 

If the tracker isn’t returned, NavStar follows up via SMS, phone, and—if needed—charges the member.


Warranty & Claims

What’s covered under the warranty?

Your precious and high value parcel contents up to $100,000 as declared - and verifiable at the time of shipment per market / retail value.


How long does it take to process a claim?

Claims are typically reviewed and resolved within 60 days.


Is there a deadline to file a claim?

Yes. Members must file a claim within 72 hours of delivery.


Do I need to use a tracker to activate the warranty?

Yes, for all shipments over $1,001.
